I created this 7 Steps to Living Healthfully Ever After, an integrated health and wellness program, because I saw in the scientific literature and in real life experience how nutrition influences not only weight and physical health, but also mood, performance and happiness. Clients who come to me for health coaching often have sabotaging behavior that comes from emotional baggage and outdated beliefs. Clients who come to me for life coaching are creating health problems like chronic pain, gastro-intestinal upsets, depression, anxiety, anger, and irritability by the lifestyle choices they are making including their nutritional choices. All of them are sick and tired of dealing with the same problems; be it emotional problems or gaining and losing the same weight or having the same pain in their body recur over and over again. This program addresses every component of whole person health with proven systems that provide a feedback loop to fine tune your health throughout your lifetime.
