About

Christine Alejandro is a nutritional psychotherapist who founded Healthy Life Solutions™, an organization dedicated to helping people achieve their healthiest potential in body, mind and spirit. Christine works with people who are tired of not feeling their best, who are ready for a change and want to live a healthy, well-balanced life.

Christine started her career, fresh out of graduate school with a degree in psychology, in an up and coming financial services company, in Austin, TX. She quickly became Vice President of Marketing and traveled throughout the United States speaking in board rooms and auditoriums for the next 10 years. But her heart longed to return to her first love, which was psychology. She became licensed in the state of Texas and has been a practicing psychotherapist for the past 20+ years.

Her holistic approach to client care came when she became the primary caretaker of an ailing mother and brother. As she struggled to keep her own health a priority, she noticed her family members’ nutrition and the link between their physical and emotional health. She then connected the emotional health of her psychotherapy clients and the level of their nutrition and began to implement changes in their treatment plans that included upgrading all the components of whole body health which resulted in tremendous successes for them. She began to study the science of nutrition and became an applied clinical nutritionist.

The evolving field of Clinical Nutrition in remedial and preventive health care is supported by a growing body of scientific research. More and more people are looking for natural healthcare approaches that prescription medicines have failed to correct. With the increasing interest in health and whole food science, people are seeking out knowledgeable, educated partners to guide them towards a well-researched, nutritionally sound way of living.

Christine’s program focuses on the role of clinical nutrition as a preventative, adjunctive and alternative strategy for intervention in the disease process. While participating in her program, you will be learning the science of using natural whole foods, whole food nutritional supplements and herbs to detoxify, rebuild and balance the whole person. Research overwhelmingly shows that given the proper nutrition and the right nutrients, the human body has an amazing ability to repair and heal itself.
